As a major step of its overseas initiative, the Chinese Medical Doctor Association (www.cmda.gov.cn) has set up the first North American Liaison Office in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Stratigically located at the gateway to Asia Pacific, the office looks foward to introducing healthcare management experiences and advanced products to China, as well as promoting Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theories and treatment principles.

The official opening ceremony was held on April 7th,2008 at Richmond Convention Center. China sent a high profile deleagtion led by CMDA Chairman and former Chinese Vice Minister of Health Dr. Yin, Da-Kui to the event.
The event has received great support from three levels of Canadian government and North American healthcare enterprises.
