Under the leadership of CMDA chairman Dr. Yin, Da-Kui, former Chinese Vice Minster of Health, the CMDA has become the nation's largest medical association supervising 31 regional chapers, 23 specialty sub-associations and 5 professional committees. With executives of CMDA and its Subsidiaries being officials of national and local healthcare authorities, presidents of large scale general hospitals and universities, the CMDA is committed to advocating for better public healthcare and providing leadership for the Chinese Healthcare community.

Since its inception in 2002, the CMDA has entered into numerous collaborations with other members in the Chinese Healthcare community, such as medical device and bio-pharmaceutical enterprises, research institutions and distributors.
