Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Medical2China's website and information tools. Please read them before using the Website.
Existing policy effective date: October 18, 2026
For partnership enquiries, you may include your organisation’s or creator channel’s public name and website. Do not include patient records or identifying health information.
The contact form is a limited exception: provide only your own name and reply email so we can respond to your enquiry. The restrictions on medical records, identifying health information and information about another person still apply.
Medical2China provides referrals to independent healthcare providers, arranges travel, and assists with logistics for clients seeking medical care in China. We are not a licensed medical provider, hospital, clinic, insurer, or emergency service.
No diagnosis, triage, treatment, prescription, medical recommendation, or interpretation of medical records, laboratory results, imaging, pathology, or other reports is provided.
Do not submit personally identifiable information or information that can be linked to any person. If context is necessary, provide only a brief, non-identifying symptom description.
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use (Terms) are a binding agreement between you and Medical2China (Medical2China, we, us, or our) concerning medical2china.com, its chat feature, and the general information made available through the Website (collectively, the Website). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
The Website describes our referral, travel arrangement, and non-clinical logistics services and provides general educational information. We confirm the scope, availability, fees, and terms of a service engagement separately before making arrangements. Browsing the Website or using chat does not itself confirm a referral, booking, or engagement. Medical2China does not deliver, supervise, or guarantee medical care.
2. Referrals, travel arrangements, and non-clinical logistics
Medical2China helps prospective clients connect with independent hospitals, licensed doctors and other appropriately qualified providers in China for medical care, medical devices or medicines. We provide referrals, travel arrangements and non-clinical logistics.
Medical2China does not provide diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions, and does not supply medical devices or medicines itself. Clinical decisions and any regulated services or products remain the responsibility of the appropriately qualified provider.
We welcome partnership enquiries from influencers, healthcare institutions and intermediaries, including referral and travel agencies. Email contact@medical2china.com to discuss a collaboration.
An enquiry starts a conversation. Service scope, responsibilities, availability, fees and any commercial terms are agreed separately before work begins.
Medical2China provides referrals to independent healthcare providers, arranges travel, and assists with logistics for clients seeking medical care in China. Our support may include provider introductions, administrative contact, accommodation, airport transfers, local transport, and language logistics. We also provide general educational and logistics information. Medical advice, clinical suitability, appointments, acceptance, and treatment remain the responsibility of independent licensed providers.
Medical2China is not a licensed medical agency or licensed healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine and do not provide medical, nursing, pharmacy, mental-health, diagnostic, therapeutic, or other regulated healthcare services.
- We do not diagnose, triage, assess, monitor, or treat any condition.
- We do not prescribe or recommend medications, tests, procedures, treatment plans, or courses of care. Provider referrals are introductions, not clinical recommendations or assessments of suitability for a particular person.
- We do not examine, review, or interpret medical records, laboratory results, imaging, pathology, genetic information, discharge summaries, or any other medical report.
- We do not give individualized risk assessments, success rates, prognoses, second opinions, or determinations that care in China is appropriate for you.
- No content is a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician who has examined you and reviewed appropriate records.
3. No clinical relationship; separate service arrangements
Using the Website, receiving a referral, or engaging our travel and logistics support does not create a physician-patient or other clinical relationship with Medical2China. No person appearing in Website content or generated chat content is acting as your clinician through the Website. Any authority to make administrative or travel arrangements on your behalf is limited to the scope separately agreed with you.
Only an independently selected, properly licensed healthcare professional can evaluate your circumstances and advise whether, where, or how you should seek care. You are responsible for obtaining that advice and for making your own medical and travel decisions.
4. Not for emergencies
The Website is not monitored as an emergency channel and cannot provide urgent assistance. Do not delay seeking care because of anything on the Website. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact the emergency service where you are located or go to the nearest appropriate emergency facility immediately.
5. Do not submit identifiable or sensitive information
The Website is not a patient portal, medical-record system, confidential intake service, or secure channel for protected health information. We do not need personally identifiable information to provide general educational or logistics information.
You must not upload, paste, send, or otherwise provide information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you or another person. This restriction applies even if you believe the information is already known to a hospital or is necessary to explain a condition.
If you voluntarily email us with a general question, the email systems involved necessarily receive your email address and message metadata. That limited technical disclosure does not authorise you to include any additional identifier, medical detail, record, report, image, document, or information about another person in the message or an attachment.
- Do not provide names, initials combined with other identifiers, photographs, faces, voice recordings, signatures, dates of birth, ages tied to other details, addresses, precise locations, email addresses, telephone numbers, social-media identifiers, or employer information.
- Do not provide passport, visa, national ID, tax, insurance, payment, account, booking, appointment, patient, or medical-record numbers.
- Do not provide medical records, referral letters, prescriptions, test results, imaging, pathology, genetic data, discharge documents, insurance files, screenshots, or other documents.
- Do not provide information about another person, including a family member, unless it is fully de-identified and cannot reasonably be connected to that person.
If context is genuinely necessary, provide only a short, high-level, non-identifying symptom description, such as a general symptom category and approximate duration. Do not include names, dates, locations, providers, record numbers, documents, or distinctive facts. Medical2China may refuse, remove, or stop processing content that appears to violate this rule, but cannot promise to detect or delete every prohibited submission immediately.
6. AI-generated information
The Website may use an artificial-intelligence service to generate general responses. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, inconsistent, or fabricated. It is not reviewed by a clinician before it is shown to you and must not be used to make a medical decision.
You are responsible for independently checking any potentially important statement with an authoritative source and, for medical matters, with a qualified licensed professional. Do not attempt to use the chat as a diagnostic tool, report interpreter, treatment recommender, or substitute for professional care.
7. Third-party information and independent providers
The Website may mention or link to hospitals, clinicians, government agencies, insurers, airlines, hotels, payment providers, translators, or other third parties. These parties are independent of Medical2China. A mention, comparison, link, general description, or referral is not a clinical recommendation, credential verification, guarantee, or determination that a third party is suitable for you.
Medical2China does not control third-party availability, licensing, quality, safety, pricing, waiting times, clinical decisions, outcomes, privacy practices, travel rules, or contract terms. You must verify the relevant terms and provider credentials before agreeing to services. We may assist with travel and administrative arrangements within the scope agreed with you; the independent provider remains responsible for delivering its services.
8. Estimates and changing information
Costs, exchange rates, appointment availability, eligibility, visa rules, insurance coverage, travel restrictions, facility information, and other logistics can change without notice. Any estimate, example, comparison, or timeline is general and non-binding. Obtain current written confirmation directly from the responsible provider, insurer, government authority, or travel supplier before acting.
Medical2China does not guarantee admission, appointment availability, visa issuance, insurance reimbursement, final cost, travel feasibility, treatment access, clinical outcome, or any particular result.
9. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. The Website is not directed to children. A parent or guardian must not submit a child's identifying or medical information through the Website.
- Use the Website only for lawful, personal, non-commercial informational purposes.
- Do not impersonate another person, submit another person's data, scrape or harvest content, overload the Website, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, probe security, or interfere with operation.
- Do not attempt to override safety instructions, obtain confidential system information, or use generated content to provide unlicensed medical services to others.
- Do not present Website information as a diagnosis, prescription, professional opinion, or verified recommendation.
10. Intellectual property and limited licence
The Website and its text, design, graphics, logos, software, and other content are owned by Medical2China or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Website for your personal informational use.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content except as applicable law expressly permits or we approve in writing. If you voluntarily provide general feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, but this does not authorise you to send personal or health information.
11. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We may block a request or access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, maintenance, or enforcement of these Terms. We do not promise that the Website or any information will remain available, error-free, secure, or unchanged.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and all content are provided as is and as available. Medical2China disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and suitability for any medical, travel, legal, insurance, or financial decision.
No statement on the Website creates a warranty or guarantee. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medical2China and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or goodwill; travel costs; delay; personal injury; medical outcome; or third-party act or omission arising from or related to the Website, even if the possibility was known.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Website will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to Medical2China for use of the Website during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer right. The limitations apply only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Medical2China and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, your submission of prohibited personal or third-party information, or your infringement of another person's rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory law that gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts with jurisdiction in Beijing, China will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website.
Before filing a claim, each party should first send a written description of the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or exercising a right that cannot legally be delayed.
16. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the Website and replace prior Website-use terms. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, or transfer of the Website, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Material changes apply only as permitted by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; otherwise, stop using the Website.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@medical2china.com. Do not include medical records, identification documents, report contents, or other sensitive or identifying information in your message.
